Flash Point variant solo: it burns, it burns 28 April 2017

I tried a quick Flash Point solo run to try out a new variant I'm working on. With images (cc-by-sa).

This variant has hotspots (represented by dice) more likely to be the seat of flare-ups.

This was where I first erred: I should have stuck a Driver/Operator on the engine and suppressed that north-east cluster during the first few turns.

The fire didn't spread too badly at first.

Then a hazmat went up, and it all started getting messy.

Initial blaze suppressed, but now the south has gone.

And it's not getting any better.

Let's at least try to pull someone out…

Damage cubes exhausted.

This is more challenging than the standard game, and I may tweak the rules a bit more, but I think it's doable with the right tactics…
