Seven of us this time, at the Wild Lime in the drunken quarter of
Reading.
I arrived too late to join Hanabi, so began the evening with
Avalon.
I need to practice being subtler about Merlining, but by the time I
had to be blatant it was too late anyway.
On to
Flash Point,
which started off well… but too many hotspots came out too quickly,
and in the end we failed to rescue anyone.
Finished off the evening with three-sided
Quantum, where
again I made a decent start but then rapidly disintegrated. I think
that after the last few days I may have been a bit tired.
Still a pleasant evening with a decent bunch.
