With the Great Expectations booked by another group, we made one last
(?) visit to the Wild Lime. Images follow:

everything.
After a fair bit of chat and food, the first game was
Splendor, where
I was clearly playing well out of my league. I'm fairly happy to have
come a plausible third out of four. I'm still working on strategies
for this, and I think I need more flexibility.

After that we went on to
Sushi Go, new
to me: same hand-passing mechanic as
Among the Stars,
but a simpler set of things you're trying to combine. My problem was
often not so much "what do I want" as "what do I want to prevent my
opponents from having". A surprising third place again.

Rather weary after that (I've been getting up early for dog-walking),
so went home.
