2016 contemporary comedy, 12 episodes, manga adaptation:

"Haven't You Heard? I'm Sakamoto". Sakamoto is the coolest student in
the high school, perfect at everything.
So the class bullies try to make him look bad, and end up making
him look good. The class idol tries to seduce him in order to dump him
later, and only gets more impressed by him. And so on. This is pretty
much a one-joke series, but it rings enough changes on that one joke
that it manages to stay fresh. The trick, I think, is the
juxtaposition of Sakamoto's perfection with the utter mundanity of the
school setting.
There's some slight continuing plot (in the matter of the shadowy
figure behind the class delinquents), but mostly this show has two or
three small stories per (standard-length) episode, each of them
serving as a setup for a single punchline.
Character design for something so disposable is remarkably good, and
the music, although it's repetitive as many series' soundtracks are,
makes a virtue of that repetitiveness: there are manga and anime
clichés being speared here.
Very much a matter of individual taste, as comedy tends to be, but I'd
suggest trying an episode to see if you like it.
