This Meetup-based
boardgames group continues to meet at the Marlow Donkey.
I was fairly tired after Expo, but with seven of us I set up
Not Alone.
This went rather less well for the alien than the game on Saturday
night did, with lots of Rover use right from the start, and a
three-step rescue move in the final turn – but it was still good fun.
Then
The Resistance,
with Commander/Assassin but shuffling them in later so that the new
player wouldn't be getting them. (Which skews the assassination odds a
bit if he ends up as a rebel, so not recommended for serious play.)
At which point I drove home while I was still fit to do so; the others
went on to play
Augustus
and 6 Nimmt!.
