This was not a One Player Guild meeting, but it involved several of
the same people, getting together virtually for a birthday celebration
with boardgames rather than in the pub in Silverstone.
We used Jitsi for audio and video chat, and played boardgames on
BoardGameArena. (It has its own audio chat service, but only for
paying users.)
First up was Rallyman
GT, core box
track three with four players. Two other people arrived during the game.
Then 6 Nimmt!,
which I actually won (which doesn't happen when I play with strangers
on BGA).
More GT, core box track 6 with a bit more room to manoeuvre. Lots more
crashes this time.
And finally Stone
Age, in which I
had the highest score during the game but did this mostly by missing
out on the game-end bonuses.
It was all a bit slower than a face-to-face games day would have been,
but good company and a pleasant time even so.
