Back again, playing with three and four.
First, an introductory game of
Seasons. Lots of
moving parts, and some key choices made right at the start before I
fully understood what things signified, but I enjoyed it and would be
happy to play again some time. Shame about the art, though.

A set of
Crokinole games.
Other flicking games do exist, I guess, but this pares it down to the
essentials and gives you a perfect surface on which to play.

Project L, at
which I should probably upgrade more rather than just using the pieces
I'm given, but I love the physical experience so I shan't complain.
An experiment with Nokosu
Dice (using
my Parade deck), a trick-taking game in which dice are also cards. I
think we didn't quite twig how the bidding rule was supposed to work,
but while it was a bit of a head-cracker I found it great fun. (And I
have a Rage deck that I think could be used for it.)

Finally
The Quacks of
Quedlinburg
at which I caught up and won after a poor start.
