The Path of Cunning Issue 4 04 July 2023

The fourth issue of the GURPS fanzine The Path of Cunning is out.

Well yes, there was more pandemic, and other priorities, and health. But we're back; we've collected Designer's Notes from Sean Punch, Matt Riggbsy, Phil Masters, William H. Stoddard, Carolyn Stein and Stephen K. Stein.

John's Infinite Cabal writeup covers the end of that campaign, and I've contributed some technical pieces: an expansion of the rules for unusual atmospheres, and some writeups of obscure weapons (from Reich-5, and from the real world, from which I've statted up both the first commercial magnetic guns and a flamethrower available for sale thoughout the USA (except Maryland). And Shimmin Beg gave us a thoroughgoing system for statting up libraries, in the manner of the organisation stat blocks from Boardroom & Curia.

We hope not to take as long to bring out #5…

The fourth (and earlier) issues may be downloaded (in PDF, which is the primary format as far as layout is concerned, and in ePUB, for convenience in case you want to read on a small screen) from the fanzine's site.
