More gamers at home, on a warmer afternoon than last time.
Since people's arrivals were a little spread out, I started with
Onitama, at
which I've been doing very badly of late. I thought I'd lost it this
time when I was down by two pawns, but managed to pull off a
last-minute victory.
On to
Rallyman:
DIRT with
several teams funnelled into five player-entities. This went very
smoothly, though we only played a single stage; I have much more
enthusiasm for this than most people I play with.
We split to two ends of the table, and I played A Touch of
Evil,
which I really ought to solo sometimes given how much I enjoy it
multi-player. (Still looking for the expansions at a reasonable price
though.) This time: Victor Danforth the Playwright, Thomas the
Courier, Katarina the Outlaw and me with Isabella von Took as usual,
against the Headless, sorry, Spectral Horseman. Barghests were the
main source of Investigation, and we ended up fighting the Horseman at
the Church, with the last hits dealt by Isabella as she lost
consciousness.
At the other end of the table,
SCOUT
and Tiny Epic
Galaxies.
A good gaming day.
