This Meetup-based
boardgames group continues.
With six players this evening, we started with Just
One, doing
reasonably well but not quite using the standard rules anyway. (We
went round the table twice rather than having the Official Thirteen
Cards.)
On to a couple of games of The
Resistance,
just the base game to get players started. I tried to get the message
across that you should reject teams to learn about voting patterns,
but with mixed success.
Finally Rise of
Augustus
which has much more enduring appeal than I expected when I first
played it.
