More gaming with some nearby friends.
First game this time was Unlock!: Heroic
Adventures.
I've played one of the Exit games before, but Unlock has always
been app-required, so not something I want to support. Still, it did
get away from the traditional "you are in a room and have to solve
puzzles" model; most of the challenge, however, rather than working
out the microchallenges, seemed to be in finding new ways for a number
to be hidden in a picture. Ah well. A failure which we may return to.
Then on to [Sentinels of the Multiverse: Definitive
Edition](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/335212/sentinels-multiverse-definit
ive-edition): Dark Watch Nightmist, Bunker, Tempest and Fanatic versus
Ambuscade in The Realm of Discord. Nightmist took a while to power up
and lost Master of Magic fairly quickly, but kept things going with
the Amulet of the Elder Gods; Bunker plugged away with a variety of
guns; Tempest was sporadic with weather control; and Fanatic laid
waste anything stupid enough to get into range. Great fun as usual.
