of how she tends to treat the animate dead.

The entire intricate setup will come apart in a welter of glorious
carnage. And it's all great fun. It's gory and intimate and
genuinely horrifying, not on the "rar here is a monster" sense, but in
the "here is an apparently-functioning human being who still sleeps at
night in spite of having done that" sense.
