More gaming with nearby friends.
We started with Power Grid, a classic that I've never
played—and since we hadn't even reached stage two of three after most
of our available play time, abandoned it, but with the intention of
trying again some time now that we have some idea of what's going on.
My initial impression: yeah, it's showing its age, but I think there
is fun to be had with greater understanding. I am absolutely not the
sort of person who gives a game like this the deep dive it really
deserves, but fortunately nor are my fellow players.

On to PUSH, at
which I still seem to be vaguely competent.

And a couple of rounds of The Crew: Mission Deep
Sea
since one of us hadn't played The Crew at all. I did rather burn out
on that original version, but it looks as though the rules now
acknowledge that some configurations are impossible to achieve before
one wastes time trying to play them.
