Back to the boardgame café.
Not a lot of new releases this time, but we started with
Tenby (no, you do not
play first because you have actually been there). I remembered some of
the rules from last Airecon.

I feel the same about it as I did then, really: it's quite fun, the
art is mildly diverting, I'll play it again if someone puts it in
front of me, but I can't see why I'd ever buy it.
Then Otters, by three
first-time designers and a first-time artist. Well, to be fair, I
liked the art; it reminded me of Darby Conley's work on Get Fuzzy.
This BGG image gives
a decent idea. But the game ended up feeling very random and
arbitrary. Ah well, I would still like to see what these designers do
next.
